Showroom Technology’s ECA Manager allows a retailer’s customer service personnel to easily search and pull up any credit transaction performed at the kiosk. A color-coded “dashboard” gives the user a snapshot of what credit applications have been submitted from the kiosks. Users are able to update pending applications. Managers are able to sort and view credit profiles by kiosk, store, time period, credit limits, zip code, and more. This will undoubtedly help in determining the type of future promotions to run.
